Paramos fondas RIGRA is a Lithuanian non-governmental organisation based in Kaunas, providing low-threshold and harm reduction services to people who use narcotic and psychoactive substances not for treatment purposes, and to their relatives. Services include anonymous and free HIV, hepatitis B and C and syphilis testing, rapid tests, pregnancy tests for target-group clients, social services at its social services centre, and prison visits to inmates in Kaunas prison for education on drug harms and infectious disease prevention. The organisation runs advocacy campaigns, such as the annual 'Palaikyti. Bausti negalima' (Support, don't punish) action on 26 June, and works with partners on access to addiction treatment and harm reduction policy. Its work covers Kaunas and Jonava municipalities. Founded as an NGO operating since 2011, it is led by director Gražina Aleksaitienė and funded through grants and individual donations.
