Pusiaukelis is a non-governmental organisation based in Lithuania working on addiction, mental health.

Pusiaukelis is a Lithuanian public institution (VšĮ) operating a rehabilitation centre for men dependent on psychoactive substances. The centre runs a one-year intensive treatment programme combining individual and group psychotherapy, social work and family involvement, based on the principles of the Narcotics Anonymous 12-step programme. It provides non-drug, psychologically oriented treatment in a residential, real-life setting with shared work, daily routines and peer support, and it offers free consultations on rehabilitation. Graduates are encouraged to join mutual-support groups. The centre is located near Vilnius, in Šalčininkai district, and is financed in part by a European Social Fund project, 'Būk laisvas nebūk priklausomas!', which aims to reintegrate participants into society and the labour market. The project plans to involve 2,079 participants by 2028, with a stated total funding of €15,954,246.00. The centre accepts only adult male applicants and also works with the families of people affected by addiction.
