PVMC VšĮ Projektų valdymo ir mokymo centras is a Lithuanian public institution (VšĮ) established in early 2006. It aims to promote lifelong learning, skills and competence development, and civil society in Lithuania by designing and implementing projects, delivering training and running educational activities. Its work includes employment integration services for unemployed and socially disadvantaged people, including those in rural areas and refugees from Ukraine, individual integration planning, skills training and support for employers. It also runs projects on healthy lifestyles, sport-based social initiatives, youth engagement through the social theatre Dilema (founded 2019), and humanitarian aid to the Vinnytsia region of Ukraine in partnership with the Ukrainian NGO Molfar. The organisation also provides consulting to companies on HR, labour law and business organisation, and helps prepare EU funding applications.
