It trains and supports assistance dogs and guide dogs for people with disabilities, including visual, physical, hearing, mental health and autism-related needs. The organisation runs public education initiatives, a webshop of books and materials, training for employers and institutions, and scientific research on the value of assistance dogs. It also works to advance standards and laws relating to assistance dogs in Lithuania.
