Biedrība Tabitas sirds is a Latvian association that provides practical and emotional support to families, foster and adoptive families, lonely people and children in out-of-family care. Its work includes a clothing and household goods distribution centre, a food and hygiene support programme, a shower and laundry service for people in hardship, legal and psychological support, training and therapy for families, and seasonal campaigns such as Christmas support and school bag drives. It works in cooperation with social services and local municipalities, mainly in Liepāja and South Kurzeme, with activities also reaching Kuldīga, Rīga and other regions of Latvia.
