Tofi, formally VšĮ Tolerancijos ir fizinės gerovės ugdymo centras, is a Lithuanian public institution (VšĮ) that brings together health, education and psychological wellbeing specialists. It runs school workshops and prevention lessons on nutrition, substance use and eating disorders, healthy eating and movement clubs, and health and wellbeing camps for children and adults. It also implements projects for families with overweight children and for older people, often in partnership with other organisations, and trains teachers, parents and community staff. Its stated aim is to help people know themselves better and look after their physical and emotional health.
