The Croatian Judges Association (Udruga hrvatskih sudaca) is a voluntary association of judges of all levels and jurisdictions in the Republic of Croatia, organised into local branches. Founded on 11 April 1991 as the Society of Croatian Judges, it works to protect and strengthen judicial independence and impartiality, to promote reforms in the organisation of the judiciary, to contribute judges' views to draft laws on the justice sector, to improve judicial expertise, and to advocate for compliance with constitutional principles and the rule of law. Its highest decision-making body is the Assembly of the Association, made up of representatives of each branch. The association is active in international judicial networks and takes public positions on judicial matters, such as the election of Supreme Court presidents and the independence of courts. Its branches also organise seminars, study visits and conferences, and have made donations for disaster relief, including after the 2020 earthquakes in Banija, Sisak, Petrinja and Glina.
