Udruga Srce, formally the Udruga osoba sa cerebralnom paralizom Srce Split, is a non-profit, non-political association based in Split, Croatia. It supports people with cerebral palsy and other disabilities and their families through personal assistance, therapeutic and creative workshops, sports and recreation, education and social inclusion projects. The association is funded partly by the City of Split budget and EU funds, relies on donations and volunteers, and runs an employee volunteering programme as part of corporate social responsibility. It marked 30 years of work in 2025 and is a member of the Split-based civil society community.
