The Udruga za podršku žrtvama i svjedocima (Association for Victim and Witness Support) is a Croatian non-profit association founded in 2006 in Vukovar. It supports victims and witnesses of crime and misdemeanours before, during and after court proceedings, offering emotional, psychological, practical and primary legal assistance. Its services run through offices in Vukovar, Osijek, Varaždin and Zagreb, including the national helpline 116 006 and a counselling centre for victims of domestic violence in Varaždin. The association also researches trends, runs education for professionals and the public, advocates for improved legislation and support systems, and operates a volunteer programme. It is a member of Victim Support Europe and participates in national victim support bodies.
