Udruga za unaprjeđenje mentalnog zdravlja Vrapčići is an association based in Slavonski Brod, Croatia, founded on 25 February 2009. It works to improve mental health and recovery for people with psychosocial difficulties and advocates for the human and civil rights of people with mental disorders. The association runs free daily workshops at its Klub Vrapčići, public lectures, media outreach and awareness campaigns, including the OK JE NE BITI OK festival. Its projects cover peer support groups, community-based mental health services, addiction prevention, psychosocial support and capacity building for civil society organisations, including in crisis situations. It also developed the ZenUM mindfulness app and operates across counties in Croatia. It is chaired by psychiatrist Dubravka Ergović.
