Valmieras atbalsta fonds is a Latvian nodibinājums (foundation) based in Valmiera. Founded in 2001, it ran cultural, art and education projects in its early years and was reactivated in 2020 with a new board. Its current work centres on youth and family programmes in Valmiera and the wider Vidzeme region, including multi-day summer, autumn and winter camps for children and young people, a youth sports and personal-development camp for Latvian-heritage youth from around the world, and public family events. The foundation also supports volunteering and has taken part in training for youth workers. It is funded in part by the Latvian state budget through the Sabiedrības integrācijas fonds and by the Valmiera municipality, and it works with sports and community partners.
