It combines the role of an implementing organisation with that of a do-tank, carrying out applied research, intercultural dialogue and multi-actor democratic governance work. Its services include a legal clinic, online psychological care, a helpline, a talent-matching platform for Spanish-speaking professionals, and youth activist training. The organisation states that it has reached around 298,000 people and has supported the creation of Veneactiva Colombia. It is registered with Peru's Agencia Peruana de Cooperación Internacional (APCI). Its work is supported by international cooperation agencies and embassies.
