Veselīga Latvija is a non-profit association (biedrība) based in Rīga, Latvia, that runs a healthy-lifestyle movement and the veseligalatvija.lv information portal. Its stated aim is to build a society focused on long-term quality of life, centred on five pillars: nutrition, physical and mental health, lifestyle, the surrounding environment and the economy. The organisation publishes expert-reviewed, free information on healthy eating, physical activity, mental health, sleep, stress, hearing health and sustainable economics. It also organises conferences, discussion series, interviews and workshops, including the 2025 international conference on new approaches to regulating psycho-emotional states, co-organised with the University of Latvia, and a series of breathing and self-awareness workshops in Mazirbe. Participation in its conferences is free of charge, and it invites donations to support its public education work. Its work is aimed mainly at the Latvian public.
