Vl@s is a non-profit association based in Antwerpen, Belgium working on elderly care, democracy & civil society.

Vl@s (Vlaamse actieve senioren vzw) is a volunteer-based association for active seniors and pre-retirees in Flanders, Belgium. It has more than 110 local branches that offer activities and initiatives for older people, and it represents seniors in policy consultation, including through the Vlaamse Ouderenraad. The organisation also runs the Parlangi language platform, where members mentor non-Dutch speakers, and organises fundraising such as sponsored walking marathons for Alzheimer Liga Vlaanderen. Its head office is in Antwerp.
