Founded in 2005, Volūda is a non-profit association based in Miglinīki, Latvia working on arts & culture, education, heritage.
Volūda is a non-governmental organisation founded in 2005 by students to protect, develop and popularise Latgalian culture and the Latgalian language in Latvia. It publishes Latgalian-language books and the lakuga.lv news portal, runs language courses and teaching materials, develops digital resources such as messaging stickers, and documents Latgalian speech in Siberia. Its work is based in the Latgola region of Latvia, with international language projects with partners in Europe and the Americas.
