It preserves and promotes the legacy of the Lithuanian singer-songwriter and actor Vytautas Kernagis. Its work includes releasing restored music recordings, vinyl sets and archival publications, maintaining a website with his songs, scores and biography, and running a children's stage-arts camp in Anykščiai district. It also awards an annual scholarship to a drama student and has organised concerts and projects, including a leisure project for children in hospitals. The foundation sells its releases through an online shop and invites donations.
