The company designs, manufactures, and installs intake gates, spillway gates, suction pipe gates, trash screens, cross-passage gates, and hydraulic control systems for hydropower facilities. It supplies to all major Norwegian power companies and holds NVE (Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate) approval. Following an ownership change in 2023, the company underwent leadership renewal and recruitment of skilled personnel. L&T operates manufacturing facilities in Mjøndalen with surface treatment capabilities and maintains quality certification under NS1090-2 standard.
