Founded in 2002, Moulin de Bayerel is a non-profit headquartered in Saules, Switzerland specializing in Hydro, Solar.
The Moulin de Bayerel is a historic mill and sawmill site in Val-de-Ruz, Neuchâtel, operated by a non-profit association created in September 2002 to acquire and restore it. The site hosts a reception centre, event space and museum section, and runs the Bayerel ECO renewable energy project. Bayerel ECO includes a hydroelectric installation commissioned in July 2018 and photovoltaic installations commissioned in October 2018 and October 2025. The association also offers energy workshops for school classes in partnership with Parc Chasseral.
