NTS is a defense contract manufacturer based in Helmond, Netherlands working in radar & sensors, unmanned systems.

NTS is a first-tier contract manufacturer and technology partner for high-tech original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). It develops, manufactures and assembles mechatronic systems, mechanical modules and precision engineered solutions, with a focus on ultra-precision, cleanliness, mechanics and optics. Its main markets are semiconductor, analytical, and health and industry, with a dedicated defense market activity in which it supplies locally produced high-tech systems for applications such as radar, drones and observation, combining mechatronics, optics and additive manufacturing. The company operates development, engineering and manufacturing sites across the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Singapore, China and the United States. Its history includes the 2005 merger of Te Strake (founded 1947) and Nebato (established 1954) to form NTS, and it reports a turnover of 400 million euros in 2022.
