Begrepen Klachten is a charity based in Genderen, Netherlands working on health, science & research.

Stichting Begrepen Klachten is a Dutch foundation supporting people with unexplained physical complaints (onverklaarde lichamelijke klachten), such as chronic pain and fatigue, and related conditions including ME/CVS, Long Covid and fibromyalgia. Founded on a patient-focused, multidisciplinary and biomedical approach, it provided individual care trajectories from a practice space in Genderen, Noord-Brabant, with online support for patients across the Netherlands and Belgium. Individual patient care was ended in 2024 and later in 2025. The foundation continues with case discussions for medical professionals, education, research-oriented knowledge sharing, and advocacy for the patient group. It is funded by donations, grants and fees.
