Community Health Support Gambia

Community Health Support Gambia is a charity based in Netherlands working on health, water & sanitation.

Community Health Support Gambia is a Dutch foundation that works to improve access to basic healthcare and preventive health measures in Tanjeh, a poor fishing village in The Gambia. It supplies the local health centre with medicines and equipment, distributes mosquito nets and preventive medication to combat malaria, and supports the less privileged through a dedicated fund. The foundation was initiated by a Dutch general practitioner who volunteers in Gambia and is run by volunteers working with local health workers.
