Stichting Urgente Noden Zutphen (SUN Zutphen) is a charity based in Zutphen, the Netherlands. It provides one-off financial emergency aid and, where possible, goods or services in kind to residents of the municipality of Zutphen who face urgent financial hardship and cannot obtain help from existing provisions. Requests must be submitted by professional helpers and intermediary organisations working with clients, after a quick scan and a well-founded application. Payments go to the requesting organisation, supplier or creditor, never directly to the beneficiary. The organisation is governed by unpaid volunteer board members, and its operating costs are funded by the municipality, so that donations go fully to people in urgent need. It is part of the wider Stichting Urgente Noden network of local emergency aid bureaus and holds Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling (ANBI) status. Its work includes a dental day in Zutphen and Warnsveld and a young adult pilot.
