Founded in 2009, SVWN is a non-profit organisation based in Utrecht, Netherlands working on housing & homelessness, community development.

SVWN (Stichting Visitatie Woningcorporaties Nederland) is an independent foundation founded in 2009 in the Netherlands. It develops and manages the visitation methodology used to assess the social performance of housing corporations, accredits visitation agencies, oversees the quality of visitations, and publishes all visitation reports so the sector can learn from them. It also organises masterclasses and events for visitors and tenant organisations, and provides information on the visitation process for housing corporations, tenant organisations and municipalities.
