Vrienden van De Eemhorst is a charity based in Soest, Netherlands working on elderly care, health.

Stichting Vrienden van De Eemhorst is a Dutch foundation that raises funds for projects and extras at De Eemhorst, a small-scale private care home for people with dementia in the countryside between Soest, Baarn, Amersfoort and Utrecht. Its board is made up of three volunteers. The foundation funds projects that the care budget does not cover, such as outdoor facilities and comfort improvements for residents, and invites individuals and businesses to support them through donations, sponsorship, volunteering and legacies.
