The farm, founded in 1985, houses goats, sheep, geese, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, a mini pig, donkeys and miniature horses, and offers children a place to meet and feed animals and play in the playground. Since 2018 the daily animal care has been carried out by Philadelphia, with people who have a distance to the labour market, and on weekends by the board and volunteers. The farm also offers a small café, venue rental, holiday boarding for small pets, a children's book-swap station, an educational programme for schools and childcare centres, and a day-activity programme for people with intellectual or physical disabilities. The foundation has ANBI status and is funded by donations, sponsors and its own income.
