PROTUR Turbine is a private headquartered in Žďár nad Sázavou, Czech Republic specializing in Hydro.

PROTUR develops and manufactures micro hydroelectric turbines based on the Precession ROlling TURbine (PROTUR) system—a unique bladeless rolling turbine technology. The turbines efficiently generate clean electrical energy from water sources with minimal head (from 60 cm) and low flows (from 35 l/s), suitable for locations where conventional hydro solutions are impractical. The system operates without lubricants or operational fluids, produces no microplastics, does not alter water quality, and incorporates water oxygenation. Turbines are supplied in two standard series with electrical accessories, battery storage, and can integrate with solar panels or grid-tie inverters. Installation is straightforward with minimal civil works required. Applications include wastewater treatment facilities, industrial water systems, historical mills, and water management infrastructure.
