Founded in 2023, CleanHyPro is a government headquartered in EU specializing in Hydrogen.
CleanHyPro is a pioneering Horizon Europe project (Grant Agreement No 101091777) dedicated to establishing a sustainable Open Innovation Test Bed for electrolysis materials and components. The project upgrades and scales 9 pilot lines across European facilities, providing industrial partners—particularly SMEs—with access to cutting-edge infrastructure, testing capabilities, and services through a unified Single Entry Point. The initiative focuses on four primary electrolysis technologies: Alkaline Electrolysis, Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) Electrolysis, Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) Electrolysis, and Solid Oxide Electrolysis (SOEC). CleanHyPro delivers both technological and non-technological services to accelerate the development and commercialization of advanced electrolysis materials, supporting Europe's transition to a climate-neutral economy by 2050 in alignment with the European Green Deal and EU Hydrogen Strategy.
